About us
Donsland is a family business located in Dons, Kolding. We produce and sell laser-cut products for the home and garden, and we want to inspire you on how to decorate your home. We have a love of nature, flowers and the garden, which is reflected in our products. We like to make something that is a little different, but still follows the Nordic trends. Some products we design ourselves, but we also draw inspiration from creative people around the world. We hope you want to be part of the development of Donsland.
Who are we?
My name is Malene and I live with my husband Mike. We are both 27 years old and have Alberte from June 2019 and Frida and Lærke from January 2021. With a Master’s degree in Controlling, I needed to find a job after my maternity leave in January 2022. With a large family with young children and a self-employed husband, I need a flexible job that also makes me want to get up in the morning. Mike has always dreamed of starting a manufacturing business, and at Christmas 2021, he couldn’t resist the temptation to buy a laser cutter. So, with my need for a livelihood and with Mike’s entrepreneurial spirit and technical savvy, we took a chance and created Donsland Aps.
Sustainable wood
We only use FSC-certified wood in our production. This ensures that the wood comes from responsible forestry, where social, economic and environmental factors are taken into account.
