Pricing

At Donsland ApS, all prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. We reserve the right to sell out of items.

Payment

Donsland ApS accepts payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay. The payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. moms. Subject to price errors and sold out/discontinued items.

Delivery

Donsland ApS ships to all of Denmark. Goods are delivered every weekday. Your items will be delivered 3-5 business days after ordering.
Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified when placing the order. Shipping prices from 39 kr.

We do not deliver abroad or to the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Your items are shipped with DAO.
NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery point, the parcel will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If you have any problems, please contact customer service.

For certain items, special delivery terms apply. The terms and conditions will be specifically stated prior to the purchase of these items.

Right of complaint

A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in material and/or workmanship. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or reduced in price, depending on the specific situation.
The complaint does not apply to defects or damage caused by improper handling of the product/service. You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect. Donsland ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Reimbursement

In the case of a refund, please include bank details such as account number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can safely be provided by email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.

Right of withdrawal

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on items purchased in our webshop.

The period is counted from that day;
– Where you receive the order.
– Receives the last item in physical possession in the case of a contract for multiple items ordered in one order but delivered individually or in batches.
– Obtain physical possession of the last batch or last part in the case of a contract for the delivery of goods consisting of several batches/parts.
– The first goods in physical possession, in the case of regular delivery of goods over a certain period of time.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after the cancellation. The notification must be given by email at hej@donsland.dk. In the notice, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to accept the goods without giving clear notice.

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal
The following types of goods are not included in the right of withdrawal:
– Goods that have been made to the consumer’s specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.
– Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
– Goods which, due to their nature, are inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
– Goods where the seal has been broken.
– Performed non-financial services where the provision of the service has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal ends when the service is fully performed.
– The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has commenced with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.
– Newspapers, journals or magazines, excluding subscription agreements for such publications.
– Contracts concluded at public auction.
– Goods that deteriorate or expire quickly.

Returns

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You will be responsible for the direct costs associated with the return. When returning an item, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. You must include a copy of the order confirmation. The process will be faster if you also fill out and attach our Cancellation Form. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery until we have received the goods back.
We do not accept COD parcels.

Condition of the item on return

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product as if you were trying it in a physical store.

If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you cancel your purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the goods at the time of receipt – of the return. In order to receive a full refund, you must test the product without actually using it.

Repayment

If you regret your purchase, we will of course refund the amount you have paid to us. In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. Upon exercise of the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery offered by us), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds will be made with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, unless you have provided proof of having returned the goods by then.

In-store pickup

On our webshop it is not possible to pick up in store.
